The graduated dial is immersed in a special liquid, allowing the magnetic needle to stabilize quickly and show the direction. With this compass, it is possible to detect the position in degrees. The compass also includes a built-in bubble level to facilitate alignment on the horizontal axis.
Some elements of the dial are made with fluorescent paint to be easily visible in the dark. The compass is equipped with a clinometer with a half-dial: this is a small instrument for determining the angle of inclination. It is essential for geodesy and military affairs. The map scales are used to outline the itinerary on a map: there is a graduated scale and one in cm.
A convenient sighting slot allows you to aim at distant objects and detect their position.
